London, 4 June 2026 – Greater Share, an innovative philanthropic investment platform connecting the world's top-performing private equity funds with high-impact NGOs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Arnell and Hela Dammak to its Board. Jamie and Hela will strengthen Greater Share's relationships with private equity firms and investors, bringing decades of front-line experience in private markets and values-aligned capital deployment.

Jamie Arnell is an impact investor and Senior Advisor to Charterhouse Capital Partners, where he spent 25 years working across Europe and chaired the firm's ESG Committee. He brings a long-standing commitment to impact investing beyond financial returns, including environmental philanthropy and conservation, as Vice-chair of the Greenpeace Oceans Advisory Board, Trustee of the Marine Conservation Society, and Director of Open Planet Studios, a production company behind the acclaimed Ocean with David Attenborough documentary.

Hela Dammak is a seasoned investor and family office specialist with more than three decades of experience across asset & wealth management, investment banking and private markets. She held senior leadership roles at BlackRock, Citigroup, Société Générale and most recently AlTi Global. She founded Intention Family Capital, a firm operating at the intersection of single family offices and private market investing. Hela brings deep expertise and extensive track record in working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and single-family offices across geographies and asset classes.

Greater Share has also welcomed Christiian Marriott as a pro-bono Senior Advisor, bringing more than 25 years of experience in private equity fundraising, investor relations and capital formation.

Their appointments follow Greater Share's final investment, completing a portfolio across 10 best-in-class private equity funds, and come as the organisation deepens its engagement with investors, private equity firms and philanthropic stakeholders.

Paul Fletcher, Chair of the Board of Greater Share, said: "Jamie, Hela and Christiian bring exactly the calibre of expertise and conviction that Greater Share needs at this stage of its journey. Greater Share has now made its final investment across 10 best-in-class private equity funds, and our partner NGOs are reaching five million children and young people across more than 70 countries. We couldn't be more pleased to welcome them all on board as we deepen the value we bring to our investors and partners."

Jamie Arnell, Board Member at Greater Share, said: "What drew me to Greater Share is the rigour behind the ambition – a philanthropic model that takes long-term investment seriously and applies it to some of the world's most pressing challenges. It is very rare to bring together investors, private equity and NGOs in this way, and I'm looking forward to being part of it."

Hela Dammak, Board Member at Greater Share, said: "Fundraising from family offices is a disciplined craft, honed over decades of patient engagement with families and deep expertise in carefully curated private market investing. Greater Share's model speaks directly to that – it is designed for patient, purposeful capital, and brings together institutional-grade private equity investing with meaningful global impact. I am delighted to be part of it."

Greater Share partners with leading private equity firms, including Advent, Bain Capital, Cinven, Hg Capital, Lexington Partners, Nautic Partners and Permira, to amplify philanthropy. Its flagship initiative, the Greater Share Education Fund, provides unrestricted, long-term funding to high-impact NGOs focused on improving educational opportunity in underserved communities globally.
